About Our Firm

Serving Clients in Tarrant, Dallas, Collin and Wise Counties and throughout Texas as well as New York, Arkansas, and Nevada

The Benenati Law Firm has been serving clients in Texas and throughout the United States for over 20 years. We offer our individual, business and corporate clients a full range of legal services. Pete Benenati is licensed in Texas, Arkansas, Nevada, and New York.

In the areas of estate and tax planning, we recognize that one size doesn’t fit all. We know life requires planning and we will work to protect your family’s future. Serving generations of our client’s families allows insight into the best planning for each person and each family. Our attorneys are Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, providing an even greater knowledge base.

A focus on corporate law and an understanding of the trends in business enables us to maintain a high degree of legal expertise. Our business clients range in size from small closely-held family ventures to multi-million dollar corporations, from restaurants to the oil fields, from entity formation to buy/sell agreements. We monitor new laws and changes in the existing ones to help clients navigate and minimize effects and ensure compliance.

Our goal at the Benenati Law Firm is to provide the best legal service available by building lasting relationships and developing an understanding of your needs through quality representation in all areas of your business and family life.
