Pete Benenati is licensed in the states of Texas, Arkansas and New York.  He is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. 

He earned his B.A. from Queens College in New York and received his J.D. degree from Syracuse University.  He earned his LL.M. degree in Taxation from New York University.

Mr. Benenati’s primary focus is business, tax and estate planning, including the negotiation of business sales and executive compensation.“

Mr. Benenati is actively involved in community organizations and events, and enjoys participating in charitable and fund raising projects that promote the community and benefit worthy causes.

He also speaks to numerous organizations each year in an effort to educate and update groups on current and pending legal changes and considerations.
